Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 12 March 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules governing your use of Imagine Studio (“Service”), operated by Anteambulo Pty Ltd (ABN 49 657 365 681). This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

We are committed to providing a safe and lawful platform for creative AI image generation. This Policy exists to protect our users, comply with Australian law, and ensure the Service is not used to cause harm.

2. Age Restriction

The Service is restricted to users aged 18 years and over. This restriction is mandated by Australian law, including the Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth) and the eSafety Commissioner’s Industry Codes, given that the Service is capable of generating content that may include artistic nudity and partial nudity.

If we reasonably believe that a user is under 18 years of age, we will immediately suspend or terminate their account.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use the Service to generate, upload, store, distribute, or share any content that:

3.1 Exploitative or Abusive Material

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including AI-generated or digitally altered material depicting minors in sexual or exploitative contexts. This is a criminal offence in all Australian jurisdictions and is reported to the Australian Federal Police and the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation (ACCCE).
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery of identifiable real persons, including AI-generated deepfakes or synthetically altered images. This is a criminal offence under federal law and in multiple Australian states and territories.
  • Depictions of sexual violence, bestiality, or any content involving the sexualisation of non-consent

3.2 Refused Classification (RC) Material

  • Any content that would be classified as Refused Classification (RC) under the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995 (Cth), including but not limited to content that:
    • Promotes, incites, or instructs in crime or violence
    • Advocates the doing of a terrorist act within the meaning of the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth)
    • Promotes or provides instruction in paedophilia

3.3 Harmful Content

  • Content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructions for self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
  • Content that constitutes harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threats directed at any individual or group
  • Content that is defamatory, vilifies, or incites hatred against any person or group on the basis of race, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, sex, or gender identity

3.4 Deceptive and Unlawful Uses

  • Generating images intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate real individuals without their consent
  • Creating content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Using the Service to facilitate any activity that is unlawful under Australian law or the law of your jurisdiction
  • Generating images for the purpose of creating misleading or deceptive political advertising or disinformation

3.5 Technical Misuse

  • Attempting to circumvent age verification, content moderation, or other safety measures
  • Using automated means (bots, scrapers, or scripts) to access the Service beyond what is permitted by your subscription
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Service or its underlying AI models

4. Permitted Mature Content

The following types of content are permitted for users aged 18 and over, subject to the prohibitions in Section 3:

  • Artistic nudity and partial nudity in AI-generated images
  • Creative and artistic works exploring mature themes
  • Figure studies, anatomy references, and similar artistic or educational content

All generated content must comply with Australian classification guidelines and must not fall within any prohibited category listed in Section 3. We reserve the right to update the scope of permitted content at any time.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

The AI models used by the Service are provided by Venice.ai, which applies its own content moderation and safety filtering to image generation requests. We may also enable safe mode on certain models to restrict the generation of prohibited content.

No content moderation system is perfect. Users remain solely responsible for the content they generate and must not attempt to circumvent any moderation or safety measures. We will investigate and act on reports of violations received at support@imaginestud.io.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or conduct that you believe violates this Policy, please report it immediately to:

We review all reports promptly and will take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or reporting to relevant authorities.

You may also report content directly to the eSafety Commissioner at esafety.gov.au/report.

7. Cooperation with Authorities

We cooperate with law enforcement agencies, including the Australian Federal Police (AFP), the eSafety Commissioner, and other relevant regulatory bodies. We will:

  • Respond to valid legal requests for information, including court orders and lawful data access requests
  • Report suspected child exploitation material to the AFP and the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation (ACCCE)
  • Comply with removal notices issued by the eSafety Commissioner under the Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth)
  • Preserve evidence and account information when required by law

8. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Policy may result in one or more of the following actions, depending on the severity and nature of the violation:

  • A warning and request to cease the prohibited conduct
  • Removal of content that violates this Policy
  • Temporary suspension of your account
  • Permanent termination of your account without refund
  • Reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies

For serious violations — including any content involving the exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content classified as RC — we will take immediate action including account termination and referral to the appropriate authorities without prior warning.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or our practices. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
